Nina Chuba: Surprise Guest at the Reeperbahn Festival 2025
In recent years there have been repeated surprise appearances at the Reeperbahn Festival, including from Ski AGGU, KIZ or Deichkind. Such a gig was also expected this year. Festival manager Detlef Schwarte announced in an interview with the “Hamburger Abendblatt”: “We have surprises with us. Anyone who is going on with us on the festival Wednesday or Thursday will definitely get that.” The announcement was finally made via a posting of the Reeperbahn Festival on Instagram. Nina Chuba, born in Wedel near Hamburg in 1998, has already celebrated success with songs such as “Wildberry Lillet”, “I hate you” or finally with “Fucked Up” with the Berlin rapper Makko. Your Surprise concert as part of the 20th edition of the Reeperbahn Festival falls in terms of time with the release of her new album I love me, I don’t love myself, which will be released on Friday, September 19th.
Nina Chuba published her celebrated debut album in 2023 with glass. At that time she landed in first place on the album charts.
