Nikkie Plessen shocks her colleagues and the viewers of RTL Boulevard: The walking handbag was at the desk of the program last night without her famous carpet of extensions.
It takes some getting used to: Nikkie Plessen who leaves her picking work at home and casually without extensions in the studio of RTL Boulevard. For years, that woman has wiped the studio floor clean when she walked from her studio stool to the Desk, but that is all over forever: she now suddenly has a shorter hairstyle.
Compliment
Initially, everyone in the studio pretends that nothing is wrong, but at the end of Nikkie’s empty fashion talks, colleague Bridget Maasland will find attention.

Why?
The big question is: why did Nikkie suddenly say goodbye to her long locks? It is clearly a wig, but what exactly is behind this?
It could be that she now feels a bit too old for all those extensions or that it is a strategic rebrand moment, but that is guessing. A statement is not yet available.
