Niina Kuhta went to Sleeve half a year ago, a stomach narrowing surgery. The procedure is a kind of weight loss surgery.
Kuhta told her Instagram account in the Stories section after surgery.
Kuhta says she is doing well. His back pain that makes life difficult is gone, but there have been no changes in the body as quickly as he had thought.
– I waited for me to have a narrow waist and big breasts. And everything has been corrected, of course, in the body. However, this is not the case. Weight has gone down, but at the same time I have lost muscle mass. Still, I know that everything is up to you. I could have been training harder, but I’m really happy with everything, he says.
– I thought it was so nice after the surgery when I was happy to go to the gym and sports. Yeah I’m not going. I am naturally to the so far. I like to move, but it is still the hardest thing to leave, he adds.

Kuhta says she is a “naturally office worker” who prefers to work rather than going for a jog. Kuhta says she has a lot of utility exercise in her daily life, but the birth of a real fire in physical activity has not yet been created.
-The reality is that I am about 44 years old and not everyone goes the same as in my thirties. I’m not an Olympic athlete either, he says.
According to Kuhda, many people have decided to give him any advice. Kuhta has not listened to advice, even though they believe they mean good. Kuhta trusts himself and that he has the best overall picture of his own health.
