Nicolas Ghesquière celebrates his anniversary at Louis Vuitton with a web series

Just in time for his tenth anniversary at Louis Vuitton, creative director Nicolas Ghesquière is taking time to reflect.

For the French luxury fashion brand’s new web series “Nicolas Ghesquière: Shaping Fashion,” the designer sits down with friends and collaborators to talk about the past decade and topics ranging from film to music to fashion, Louis Vuitton said on Tuesday with.

The ten-minute-long conversations, which will be published on the fashion brand’s digital platforms, will be moderated by journalists Lynn Hirschberg and Sylvia Jorif. It starts with two episodes with actresses Emma Stone and Jennifer Connelly. Together with the two brand ambassadors, Ghesquières goes on a journey into the past to reflect on his previous work at Louis Vuitton. The first episode featuring Emma Stone, who has served as the face of Louis Vuitton since 2017, was released on February 13th.

Ghesquière, who celebrated his tenth anniversary at Louis Vuitton with a five-year contract extension, has been Artistic Director for Womenswear at Louis Vuitton since 2013. Ghesquière took over the post as Marc Jacobs’ successor.
