“I’ve been training five times a week for the past three months. In the beginning one and a half hours per session. As I got stronger and more agile, at some point I went back to an hour. Nick decided to stick to his vegan diet even during the heavy training period. “When the rest ordered steak, I ate something vegan from the menu. They were taunting me about that.
