Nick Carter Takes Legal Action After Sexual Assault Allegations | show

Nick Carter has filed suit against two women who have accused him of sexual assault. The Backstreet Boy, who denies the allegations, says the ladies are guilty of libel.

One of the two women served late last year file a complaint. She says that the singer forced her to perform sexual acts in 2001, among other things. While standing in line to get an autograph, Carter allegedly invited her onto the band’s tour bus and abused her in the restroom. Carter also allegedly ordered Ruth to perform oral sex on him.

In Carter’s counter-charge, the other lady is charged because she came out in 2017 with the story that the singer raped her around 2000. That is also a lie according to the singer.

According to Carter, the women are “abusing the #Metoo movement” and want to “ruin his reputation to gain attention and notoriety and/or extort Carter,” the indictment says. The stories also allegedly caused Carter to miss out on more than $2.3 million in revenue.
