Today, star chef Nick Bril (41) will appear in court. He has to answer for the accident in which his trainee Joe Claridge (39) lost his legs, hit-and-run and culpable negligence. The chef risks a prison sentence, but together with his lawyer Omar Souidi, he is fully committed to his acquittal.
