NHL insider supplier David Pagnotta According to, Pietrangelo suffers from serious injuries that require several major surgery during the summer. According to Pagnotta’s current information, the Canadian defender would be sidelined throughout the season 2025-26 and possibly longer.
Pietrangelo injuries are not exactly known, but Pagnotta says they are “serious” and that the recovery forecast is long.
Pietrangelo has served as the cornerstone of Vegas defense and won the Stanley Cup in the summer of 2023. Last season, he played 71 matches with 4+29.
