Mats Bleeker wants to do his bit to grow with houses further. “I am not just a player who comes to do what, but part of the entire club.”
High Fives
In the canteen of the sports hall we find the Karl and Amanda Brands couple. They both help them on competition days to build the hall. Amanda also spreads sandwiches and cooks for the players, while Karl does all kinds of chores. “If a volleyball line breaks or a chair leg is broken, I will make it,” he says with a big smile. Amanda enjoys volunteering. “I get a big hug and high fives in return.”
