NGO advertisement asks Americans for donations after Trumps drastic cuts on emergency aid

An international non-governmental organization placed an advertisement of a full page on Sunday in the New York Times in which they call on Americans to give donations that have to support hundreds of millions of people in need after the drastic savings in American foreign aid.
