Young striker Benjamin Sesko will switch from RB Salzburg to Bundesliga club RB Leipzig next year.
The 19-year-old Slovenian international has signed a five-year contract with Leipzig, which will come into effect on July 1, 2023.
“I am very happy that I can make the step to RB Leipzig in 2023 and that the change has already been fixed. RB Leipzig is one of the top clubs in Germany and is gradually establishing itself among the best teams in Europe.”Sesko is quoted in a statement from the association.
The top talent, for whom several top English clubs are said to have tried, is attested to have similar qualities to star player Erling Haaland.
