After Oliver Kahn and Hasan Salihamidzic, will FC Bayern kick out another official?
As “Sport1” reports, Marco Neppe’s tendency is “towards separation”. The 36-year-old is employed as technical director by the German record champions.
In this role, Neppe worked closely with Salihamidzic. He is now rid of his post as sports director. After the season finale, the Munich team initially left it open whether Neppe would continue on Säbener Straße.

Neppe moved to Bayern Munich in 2014. He started out as a scout, later managed the entire scouting department and then rose to become technical director.
In mid-May, the “kicker” reported that Neppe should be on the list at Tottenham Hotspur. The specialist magazine did not give any specific details in this context.
According to “Bild”, those responsible at FC Bayern know nothing of the interest of the English. Saying goodbye is not an issue for Neppe, the Spurs have not yet approached the FCB bosses anyway, it said.

Neppe’s future is also likely to depend on the realignment of the position of sports director. FC Bayern has so far presented a successor to Salihamidzic.
Max Eberl from RB Leipzig and Eintracht Frankfurt’s Markus Krösche are currently haunting the media as possible candidates. According to “Sport1”, Michael Reschke is also an option for the vacant post. The 65-year-old had already worked as technical director for the club between 2014 and 2017 and is therefore a direct predecessor of Neppe.
