Next in line: Nintendo is also suing the US government for Trump import duties

Nintendo has sued the US government over import duties imposed by President Donald Trump last year. The Japanese gaming console company is demanding a “prompt refund, with interest” of all fees paid, according to a complaint filed with the US Trade Court.
