How were the beginnings of the company?
We have been in the real estate business and in the construction sector for more than 50 years, and it has gone through three generations in the family. In 2017 we came up with the idea and need for a paradigm shift in terms of how to build.
Our culture was based on a type of traditional construction. From the great European immigration to our country, the safest and most profitable investment was to establish bases by settling the savings of these people in land and square meters.
Although architecture has been modernized over time, only now is the true need to not only use technology in favor of the environment, but also the importance of decentralization taken into account. It should be noted that this type of construction has been used in first world countries for several decades, including constructions with a low impact on environmental pollution, since they allow the use of renewable energies, provide security against climate change, are portable and manufacturing time is really fast.

What are your goals for the coming years?
The challenges that we have set ourselves from the beginning were truly assertive. Our work is based on evidence. All of our clients have made referrals or new hires.
Looking to the future, the company’s premise is to meet the objective of expanding production plants, to be able to carry out ventures to destinations where traditional construction is truly a challenge that goes through multiple vicissitudes, for which companies seek a immediate solution, and that is where we want to be. To achieve excellence, an objective that we have been imprinted on from the beginning, it is necessary to continue innovating and investing in machinery, tools and technology in order to keep up with today’s world.
