How was the beginning of the project?
This union emerged in August 2020, in the midst of the Pandemic in view of the situation that was being experienced, with the aim of innovating in the real estate world.
We are very happy to celebrate two years in this exciting field.
What services do they provide to the public?
We are located in different areas of the city of Mar del Plata.
We are four professional friends working together. We have four real estate agents selling together, with extensive experience in the market.
We are a dynamic, innovative and proactive work team. With professionalism we accompany our clients in the process of buying and selling real estate.
To achieve an efficient and optimal service, we have the following planning:
– We develop commercial strategies.
– We offer the properties on different platforms (TV, social networks, radio, graphic media).
– Posters with appropriate sizes so that they are visible.
– We publish on different web pages and network with colleagues from the city and the area.
– We advise legally and with real appraisals according to the movement of the market.
– We offer an innovative way of displaying your property in the “Open House” concept.
– We dedicate one week a month with property segmentation (type, value and zone) in
“Hammers Week”.
How do they carry out business strategies?
We focus on the following items:
– We generate commercial alliances with colleagues.
– We invest a monthly budget in advertising.
– We permanently train in different areas.
– We have fluid communication with our clients.
– We hold weekly team meetings.
– We are present in social networks with posts, stories and lives.
What characteristics does the “Open House” Experience have?
– It is an innovative method of learning about properties for sale in a more practical way.
– We open a property every month in a range of hours so that the client can freely come and visit it.
– In our social networks we publish all the news.
What are your challenges for the coming years?
Our goal for the future is to be the benchmark in Mar del Plata in the real estate market, providing each client with a unique and differential service. We want the person who thinks of investing in the city to think of Martilleras Venden.
