The Walbusch Group based in Solingen has a new manager for the Wholesale area.
Daniel Füchtenschnieder takes over the position of the Director of Wholesale International & Special Sales, as can be seen from his profile on the LinkedIn career network. He has been working in this function since the beginning of March.
Füchtenschnieder changes from the Metzingen fashion group Hugo Boss to Walbusch. Since January 2023 he worked as a Vice President Retail Central Hub. In this role, he was responsible for the expansion of Hugo Boss’s retail activities in the Central Markets, which included Germany, Austria and Switzerland as well as Poland and other markets in central and Eastern Europe.
Before his time at Boss, Füchtenschnieder was the managing director of Bonprix Retail GmbH, which belongs to the Hamburger Otto Group. There he was responsible for the retail area and digital omnichannel concepts. Previously, he had various management positions with renowned clothing companies such as Seidensticker, Daniel Hechter, Ahlers and Zero.
