At the weekend, the Bundesliga starts its 63rd season. It is the first season after completing the new TV contracts. That is why several things change compared to the pre -season. The most important questions and answers.

Where do Bundesliga live games run on freely receiving television?

The first game of the season can be seen free of charge at Sat.1. The free TV broadcaster shows the opening game Bayern Munich against RB Leipzig (8:30 p.m.). The encounter is part of a package with nine live games on free TV. This also includes the Supercup, four relegation games, the opening game of the 2nd Bundesliga and originally the first division duelle on the 17th and 18th matchday. An exchange was possible for these encounters, so that Sat.1 now transfers the Friday encounters of the 15th and 16th matchday. These are the last Friday game before the winter break and the first afterwards.

Where are Bundesliga summary on free TV?

The ARD has the rights for the first free TV show with the highlights of the games on all match days. The sports show is new on Friday, in which summaries of the 1st and 2nd league are shown. As before, the first in the sports show shows the summaries on Saturday and Sunday.

The ZDF shows highlights on Saturday evening in the sports studio, including the first free TV broadcaster pictures of the top game. Sport1 summarizes the games of the previous days on Sunday morning. On Monday, highlight clips will run at ZDF and portals of the Axel Springer Group on Monday.

Which Pay TV channels show Bundesliga live games?

Most live broadcasts of the 1st league offers Sky. The PAY TV station has the game new on Friday evening, which has been running at DAZN so far. The encounters on Saturday at 3:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. continue to run at Sky. DAZN, on the other hand, shows the games on Sunday, 32 at 3:30 p.m. and at 5:30 p.m. There are also 15 games per season that start at 7:30 p.m.

Where is the Bundesliga conference?

What is still new to Sky and DAZN?

The two paid providers may show all games as a so-called re-live. This means that all games are shown in full length shortly after the final whistle. DAZN will play the Sky game on Friday evening around 10:30 p.m. in full length. Sky, on the other hand, can show the DAZN games completely on Sunday shortly after their end.

Where are there other Bundesliga summary?

The paid broadcasters Sky and DAZN also show the highlights on their live days after the transfers. “All games, all goals” is the name of the show on Saturday at Sky. The format “All in” is new to DAZN on the same day after the conference.

If you are a customer of RTL+, you can also watch highlights of the 1st league from this season. The highlight clips for payment can be called up on all match days immediately after the briefs final. The new Bundesliga highlight show “Complete” is available every Saturday after the top game in a first version. On Sunday evening, after completing the match day, the show is also available in an updated version.

What do the subscriptions cost?

If you want to have the free selection during the live broadcasts, you need two subscriptions: Sky and DAZN. The price structure is not particularly clear due to various terms, sometimes there are still offers. Here is a selection:

The one-year subscription for the Bundesliga costs 29.99 euros a month at Sky and also includes the 2nd league. The DFB Cup is not included. For this, the customer also needs the sports subscription for 34.99 euros per month.

At DAZN, customers need the Unlimited subscription for the Bundesliga games. This costs 44.99 a month or 34.99 per month for the streaming provider. In addition to the local league, there are other leagues and the Champions League.

Sky and DAZN can also be subscribed together. In the case of a one -year contract, the package costs 64.98 euros a month if it is booked via Sky. If you want to stream the fast summaries at RTL+, you need a basic subscription for 5.99 euros a month.
