After the end of his contract with Montpellier HSC, Rémy Cabella (32) will remain in his native France, where he will play for LOSC Lille in the future. As the club from the north of the country announced, the attacking midfielder signed a contract for a year with the option of a further one. For Cabella, the LOSC is the seventh station as a professional, the fifth in France.
“I am very happy to be here and to move to LOSC. A great French club that is in the top five in the league for me. There have been talks with Lille for some time, I’ve had the President on the phone several times, he presented the project to me. I was very excited and excited,” said Cabella. The former national player was last under contract at Montpellier HSC, where he moved from FK Krasnodar in Russia in April. In the final stretch of the past Ligue 1 season, he made five appearances, three of them from the start.
