The Italian fashion house Giorgio Armani SpA is now also represented in one of the most prestigious shopping locations in Europe. On Friday, the company announced the opening of its boutique in the historic Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II shopping arcade in the heart of the northern Italian fashion capital of Milan.

The new shop, which extends over two floors with a total area of 300 square meters, now offers the women’s and men’s fashion collections and accessories of the main brand Giorgio Armani.

The store concept was specially developed by Giorgio Armani in collaboration with his team of architects to “respect the historical context of the Galleria,” the company said. In this way, it maintains continuity with the design principles of the magnificent arcade built in the late 19th century, while also adding modern elements. In particular, there is a spectacular staircase that connects the ground floor, where women’s fashion, cosmetics and eyewear are on sale, to the basement, which is reserved for men’s fashion and accessories collections.
