New municipal secretary Noordenveld must ensure peace in the shack: ‘The organization does not move because I am there’

High absenteeism due to work pressure, civil servants who are looking for a job elsewhere due to the workload, the works council who resign and a municipal secretary who leaves for good after six months of absence. The past year was not an easy one for many of the nearly four hundred civil servants of the Noordenveld municipality.
