Mr RK (Robert) van Rijn has been appointed mayor of the municipality of Laren.
The appointment takes effect on February 16, 2026.
Mr van Rijn (48 years old) is currently MBO director of the Media College Amsterdam.
Joan de Zwart-Bloch (D66) is currently acting mayor of the municipality of Laren.
