Nine evacuation routes were reopened in eastern Ukraine on Monday for civilians fleeing fighting areas. People from the hard-fought city of Mariupol can leave the city by private transport to Zaporizhzhia, Deputy Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk reported.
