New creative director for Ann Demeulemeester

Stefano Gallici takes over as creative director at Ann Demeulemeester.

After it became known two weeks ago that Ludovic de Saint Sernin is to leave the Belgian fashion house after the first collection, there already seems to be a successor. Stefano Gallici is the new creative director at Ann Demeulemeester, reports the specialist magazine WWD. According to Gallici’s LinkedIn profile, he has held the position since June. He is scheduled to present his first collection at the end of September during Paris Fashion Week.

He comes from within the company and has been responsible for menswear at Ann Demeulemeester for the past three years. Before that he worked as a designer at the Antonioli Group, to which Ann Demeulemeester has belonged since 2020. He gained further experience as a menswear design assistant at Haider Ackermann.
