The Madrid regional chain is preparing ‘Duel de spoons’, presented by Paco Roncero, which will challenge three celebrities to become the chef who uses food in the most sustainable way.

Cooking continues to be a hotbed on television. After the success of the different franchises of ‘Masterchef’ on TVE and the perpetual success of Karlos Arguiñano (who has been on Antena 3 for 13 years but spent long periods on Telecinco and TVE) and Alberto Chicote in formats ‘Nightmare in the kitchen’ and soon ‘Battle of restaurants’ in laSexta, now Telemadrid joins this fever again with a new gastronomic space.

The Madrid regional chain is already preparing ‘Duel of spoons’a contest that will be presented by Paco Roncero in which three celebrities will compete for becoming not only the best cook, but also the one who uses food in the most sustainable way, as he learned in exclusive YOTELE.

The new format, produced by Unicorn Contenthas been created by the new projects division of the company Xelo Montesinos and Ana Rosa Quintana. Its pre-production has already begun and the casting of participants will close imminently. Telemadrid’s goal is to start recording in the coming weeks.

This way, Paco Roncero returns to Telemadridwhere last season he already took charge of ‘Tupper Club’another culinary competition in which the chef, who has two Michelin stars, challenged well-known people to compete and test their culinary skills.

Return to normality in Telemadrid after suffering a hack

With the start of production of ‘Duel de spoons’, Telemadrid returns to normal after suffering a brutal computer attack approximately a month ago, which left her practically paralyzed at all levels, completely disrupting her daily activities. Its professionals have managed to move the chain forward with great effort and partly by returning to analogue, since the hack prevented things as basic as accessing emails or being able to put labels on the screen. Last week, the newspaper Público also suffered a similar technological invasion, which has not yet been resolved.
