New attacker already approaching

Since the departure of Randal Kolo Muani, there has been a gap in Eintracht Frankfurt’s attack. Now, apparently, a new goal getter is finally on the way.

As “Bild” writes, the transfer of Rafiu Durosinmi from Viktoria Pilsen to SGE is almost fixed. It is said that Eintracht sports director Markus Krösche recently reached an agreement in principle with the opposing side from the Czech Republic.

Accordingly, the Bundesliga club will pay nine million euros for the 20-year-old Nigerian. Durosinmi will sign a contract on the Main until 2028, and they have already agreed on the details.

The new center forward is scheduled to land in Frankfurt on Thursday and complete his medical check. The change could then be officially announced.

Until the very end, the Hessians apparently fought an intense transfer duel with other clubs. There is said to have been competition for Frankfurt from the Premier League in particular.

Eintracht Frankfurt bags another transfer

Durosinmi got off to a furious start to the season in Pilsen, contributing nine goals and six assists in the first 19 competitive games before a knee injury stopped him at the end of October.

If he gets through the medical examination well despite the injury, he could take part in the start of training on January 2nd.

According to “Bild”, the same applies to Donny van de Beek. Krösche has also been working at full speed on the loan of the midfielder from Manchester United in recent weeks.

Before Christmas, the SGE board said on the sidelines of the game against Gladbach that he was “very confident” that the Dutchman would soon play in the Main metropolis.

According to “Sky”, the deal is already perfect here too. Eintracht will therefore only cover part of van de Beek’s salary and will pay 2.5 million euros for the six months. In the summer, the eight-man could be signed permanently for ten million euros with a purchase option.
