A small mistake in the second round of the slalom in Wengen cost Felix Neureuther his third podium finish of the winter. After third place in the first run, the 31-year-old ski racer fell back to fifth place in the final. He missed the podium by 0.11 seconds. Henrik Kristoffersen of Norway clinched his fourth slalom win of the season in Switzerland. Second was Giuliano Razzoli from Italy ahead of his compatriot Stefano Gross. Dominik Stehle came in 24th. Fritz Dopfer and Linus Strasser failed to qualify for the second round. Marcel Hirscher from Austria was eliminated in the final.
