Mandatory substitution for Antonio Conte, who had to give up twenty minutes from the end of Lazio-Napoli David Neres. The striker, making his fifteenth league appearance, collapsed to the ground after a unnatural movement of the ankle and was no longer able to continue the match. In severe pain upon leaving the pitch, the former Benfica player was accompanied off, limping, by the Azzurri medical staff. Pasquale Mazzocchi took his place. Investigations are expected in the next few hours which will clarify the nature of the problem.
