NDP puts political chess in Surinamese elections: Principle coalition without VHP in the making

Although not all votes for the Surinamese parliamentary elections have been counted, the NDP is already taking a flight forward. On Tuesday evening at 7 p.m. Surinamese time they want to sign a principle coalition agreement with four other smaller political parties. It is a clear signal towards the VHP: we don’t want to do business with you.
