Behind the programs of the companies, there are life stories that are worth reflecting because they are a source of inspiration and motivation. Since 2016, Naturgy implements a social inclusion program through gastronomy, called “Flavor energy”Its objective is to train young people between 18 and 25 years old, unemployed or in a situation of job precariousness, so that they can undertake a productive activity and perform in trades linked to gastronomy. Naturgy Thus promotes the generation of genuine and sustainable employment that allows beneficiaries to get out of the situation of social vulnerability in which they are.

Daiana Rodríguez is 31 years old and is from La Perlita, a neighborhood of Moreno in the province of Buenos Aires. Study the technical in Gastronomy at the Technical Training Institute 179Carlos Pellegrini, in the same Buenos Aires town. It is in the last year of the race and is a taste teacher of the flavor.

This program, whose editions were carried out in different locations in the province of Buenos Aires and San Miguel Tucumán, It is already trained to more than 950 young people and articulated with different social organizations.

The 2025 edition of Flavor Energy already had its chapter in Tucumán and will soon take place in Buenos Aires. This year’s novelty is the incorporation of an itinerant school to reach vulnerable groups. The training will be issued in different social organizations that are beneficiaries of the Food Bank. Thus, nutritional quality is added for children who feed in these organizations and at the same time, they are given an opportunity for growth to trained people.
