Conservationists are opposing a major, prestigious environmental project in the port of Rotterdam. The multi-million dollar Porthos installation is intended to reduce emissions from oil refineries and chemical factories, but according to the activists, the construction is bad for nature in Voorne-Putten and around Hoek van Holland.
