During a visit to Japan, NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte warned about the expansion of the Chinese army. “Let us not be naive about China,” Rutte said in an interview with ‘The Japan Times’. “The rise of their armed forces, their investments in the defense industry and in defense capacities are astonishing.”
