Against Portugal for the German national football team in the semi-finals the dream of the title in the Nations League burst. And the national coach apparently plans with a new system – and changes the starting eleven in several positions.
As Sky and the “Bild” newspaper unanimously report, Julian Nagelsmann returns to a chain of four with the DFB team against France and therefore no longer rely on a chain of three or five. In addition, both media report that the coach makes changes in several positions.
There are also apparently changes in midfield. Pascal should be used in addition to Leon Goretzka instead of Aleksandar Pavlović. Great was also at the press conference on Saturday and explained: “To play for Germany, I don’t need to motivate myself greatly. I am extremely looking forward to the game against France, against a big opponent.”
According to “Bild” and Sky David Raum, on the left defense, Maximilian Mittelstädt would take a seat on the bench in his home stadium. In central defense, Jonathan Tah and Robin Koch form the duo against France and on the right -hand side is to play captain Joshua Kimmich. There is no change in the goal.
