According to the statement made by the Turkish Weightlifting Federation, Kerem Kurnaz, who competed in 89 kilos in the championship held in the city of Durres, won the gold medal with 183 kilos in clean and jerk and 327 kilos in total. Kerem Kurnaz won the silver medal with his 144-pound lift in the snatch.
Turkish Weightlifting Federation President Talat Ünlü presented the medal to the national athlete after the competitions.
