Wellness coach Karita Tykä’s company recently filed for bankruptcy against Nanna Karalahti’s company. Karalahten Nansport Oy had not paid Tykä’s receivables of almost 57,000 euros.
The bankruptcy application was submitted to the district court of Länsi-Uusimaa on Thursday, March 26.
Now Karalahti opens up in her Instagram post about her experiences of the past few days and at the same time states that she has paid her debt.
– Karita’s bill has now been paid. An investigation request has been submitted to the police, he writes and continues:
– This show would have been avoided if I had been able to pay Karita’s bill immediately or due to her sudden departure according to the installment plan, which did not happen to Karita. It would also have been avoided if the other understood and listened to each other without intermediaries.

Karalahti opens in the fresh Afloat-podcast episode with Karita Tykä. According to him, there is no open dispute between the entrepreneurs. They collaborated for many years.
– Karita left unexpectedly. However, he announced that he is leaving and will not be doing any such competitive activity. After a month, I got over it. He received the final bill and I acknowledged it or my case manager acknowledged that it was ok. Before we found out he had been doing competitive activities.
Karalahti tried to discuss the matter with Tykä, but in December he only received a message from Tykä’s lawyer.
– I’ve told you that I want to pay the bill, even though I’m offended by his actions, because he was at my summer party last year, at my birthday, and then he secretly or not now secretly, but nevertheless did this in the background, which I think is a certain kind of moral issue, perhaps in a human relationship, that this kind of thing should not be done. Of course, there are also legal provisions not to do this either.
Karalahti emphasizes that he would have liked to pay in installments.
– It wasn’t about the long payment period. I didn’t ask for five years.
– The fact that I’m asking for a little time to pay, I don’t think it’s as bad as it might seem from the outside. We are not going bankrupt. This is just the means by which he wants that money immediately.
Karita Tykkä has not commented on the matter in public.
