Nancy Pelosi assures the Taiwanese president that the US “will not abandon Taiwan”

The Speaker of the US House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi met with the Taiwanese President Tsai Ing-wen and declared that the United States “will not abandon Taiwan”an island that he described as an “example” for the world.
