Nadia Moussaid, the new eve star of NPO 1, shares strong criticism of numerous NPO colleagues. She cracks down on one program after the other. “This just looks like Het Klokhuis!”
In a few months, all eyes will be on Nadia Moussaid. Will she live up to it as the new eve star of NPO 1? She apparently has an incredible amount of confidence in it, because last night in Media Inside she felt comfortable enough to criticize one NPO colleague after another.
‘Nice? No!’
Nadia really wants to make it clear what she doesn’t watch, for example the mega hit Heel Holland Bakt. “I’ve never seen this before!” she says eagerly.
And André van Duin’s new interview program, ‘At Van Duin in the back seat’? Nadia doesn’t like that either. “Do you like the American version? I didn’t even like that one! I can’t even look at that.”
No, they don’t have to count on Nadia as a viewer. “I like humour, satire and absurd things, but I don’t think I like this.”
‘Like The Core!’
The Watersnoodjournaal that was such a success last week after the Achuurjournaal is not spent on Nadia either. “No. It’s a bit like the Core of the Clock. As if I’m not the target audience.”
And what does she think of Eric Corton’s proposal to take over Matthijsgaat Door? “Mmm.”
In any case, she is not happy that Matthijs’ other replacements are Herman van der Zandt and Patrick Lodiers. “Oh my god, only men! It is a pity that they are all men.”
‘Marielle? Better in studio!’
What about Mariëlle Tweebeeke’s new program about the housing crisis? Not good either. She comes into her own better in the studio, says Nadia. “It’s very different. I also think… She does belong in the studio, I think. It is refreshing that it is a woman for once, because there are only guys walking through the image.”
And does she understand that Ilja Gort’s programs have so many viewers? “Apparently, if people look at it. I have not seen this either.”
‘Jesus!’
Nadia also finds royalty programs such as Blue Bloods terrible. “I don’t think it’s super interesting, no. It is of course nice to go to the Antilles, on a trip, but otherwise… Yes, Jesus.”
Presenter Gijs Groenteman: “You probably don’t like living TV either, do you, Nadia?”
Nadia: “No.”
