Snoop Dogg has commented on the controversy comments that he had made a same -sex couple in the animated film Lightyear in connection with his grandson’s questions. And about the criticism that followed.

“Lightyear” screenwriter Lauren Gunderson also reacted to the topic on Wednesday. “So. I created the ‘Lightyear’ lesben,” she wrote on Instagram. She explained that a central figure in the film needed a partner: “And it was so natural to write ‘he’ instead of ‘he’. As small as this detail in the film, I knew what effect it could have. Small line, big thing. I was overjoyed that they kept it.”
“I am proud of it. To infinity. Love is love,” continued Gunderson. “I have been one of several authors over the years, which is completely normal for scripts.
