Muslim council requests definitive recognition from Minister of Justice Annelies Verlinden

The Muslim Council of Belgium (MRB) asks Federal Justice Minister Annelies Verlinden (CD&V) for definitive recognition as a representative body for Islamic worship. In 2023, the Council succeeded the Muslim Executive, who was discredited in discredit and then received a provisional recognition of two years. That period ends at the end of June.
