I think Nicole and Eden arrived on Thursday afternoon and then Nicolas took a picture on Friday morning. And then we got the message. Of course it’s incredibly bitter. These are two absolute pillars of FC Schalke four, two absolute personalities. But we’ve been dealing with bad news from day one. But we managed to absorb them from day one because we simply have a strong collective and believe in ourselves that these are bitter failures. Don’t get me wrong, of course. But we have to look for solutions for the next six games without Nicolas and perhaps without him. But I don’t want to commit to the time frame at all, I’m thinking from week to week and against Elversberg if we both don’t make ourselves available.
