Tesla CEO Elon Musk has backed down on Twitter after a plan for a peace between Russia and Ukraine he posted on the messaging service came under heavy criticism. Musk had suggested in that first plan that Crimea should remain Russian. In a new poll, the richest person in the world proposes that the inhabitants of Crimea and the four Russian-annexed areas in eastern Ukraine can vote on which country they want to belong to.
