In May and June Conor O’Brien and his band are coming to Germany for three concerts. More information here.
On May 10, 2024, THAT GOLDEN TIME, the fifth record by Irishman Conor O’Brien, will be released. Shortly after its release, the musician and his band will come to German regions and play gigs. Villagers will first play on May 30th in the Christianskirche in Hamburg, a day later there will be an appearance in the Passionskirche in Berlin and the Germany gigs will conclude with a show in Cologne at the Luxor. We present the three concerts.

In the press release for the new record THAT GOLDEN TIME and the single of the same name, Conor O’Brien said: “I wanted the warmth of the album to be reflected in its title. The song also touches on a theme that comes up again and again: romance versus realism. How can you have ambitious ideas about yourself and the world around you while simultaneously facing harsh, cold reality? That friction interested me.”
