The first public hearing regarding Theo E. from Gasteren will be held on September 16. De Drent is said to be involved in a fraud case in which former Jumbo CEO Frits van Eerd (57) also plays a major role. Van Eerd is accused of forgery, money laundering and corruption.
Theo E. turns to the Public Prosecution Service to expedite the criminal case against him through trial agreements. But ultimately the Public Prosecution Service does not agree with that. This case will be prosecuted next year.
On October 1, the judge decides that the male half of ‘gangster duo Bonnie and Clyde’, Antonio van der P., must wait a little longer for his conditional release. The man received sixteen years in prison in 2015 for a trail of violence through the Netherlands, together with his then sweetheart Enise B. The man is eligible for conditional release after 10.5 years in prison. The judge wants a suitable home with a treatment program to be found for him first.
