Municipality of Coevorden wants new rules for caravan sites

Just like in the rest of the Netherlands, there is also a shortage of caravan places in Coevorden. In the new regulations, the municipality wants to give priority to children and relatives of people who already live in a caravan. The minimum age for a place on the waiting list has also been reduced from 21 years to 18 years, writes Sun! 34. In addition, it is checked whether someone has a connection with Coevorden, for example through work or family. According to the municipality, the new criteria will ensure that the waiting time becomes shorter for obtaining a caravan position.
