Municipalities have far too little budget to help homeowners insulate their houses and eventually get rid of natural gas, according to research by NU.nl. This will make it more difficult to make 1.5 million homes more sustainable before 2030, as agreed in the Climate Agreement. For example, there is a risk that we will remain dependent on natural gas from Russia for longer.
