Several stabbing and firearms were found on Thursday in a house in Kaatsheuvel. This happened after the arrest of a 49-year-old man from Kaatsheuvel. He would have threatened someone. The weapons have been confiscated.
A report was received by police that the suspect was in possession of a weapon. An arrest team arrested the man around 7:30 am on the Winterdijk in Sprang-Capelle. He appeared to have no weapon in his pocket.
The police did find several stabbing and firearms in his house in Kaatsheuvel. Drugs were also suspected to have been found, but that is still under investigation. The suspect is still in custody.
