The song of my life from Saturday starred the Eurovision season Mr. Lord, Marion Rung, Windows95 man, Erika Vikman and Wrapper. Each of them has previously represented Finland in the Eurovision Song Contest.
At the end of the last broadcast of the season, the episode was hosted Mikko Silvennoinen asked the artists if they would go to Eurovision again. Mr. Lordi answered in the negative.
– There was no room for improvement, Mr. Lordi said and received huge applause from the audience.
The Lordi group piloted by Mr. Lord is still Finland’s only Eurovision winner. Lordi won the Athens Five in 2006 with his song Hard Rock Hallelujah.
Käärijä, the Finnish representative who was second best in wisdom, gave a different answer. He finished second in the fives of 2023 Cha Cha Cha with his song.
– I would like to get really embarrassed because of Mr. Lord, Käärijä said.
– You had a little room for improvement, Mr. Lordi admitted.
The wrapper received a proposal from Mr. Lord in the song “Lääni”. Atte Mäläskä, Yle
The wrapper continued by saying that a five-way rematch is a very distant dream for him. To this Mr. Lordi presented a surprising offer.
– Let’s go together, the rocker suggested.
The audience cheered, and Mikko Silvennoinen looked at Mr. Lord and Käärijä one after the other, mouth agape.
– Silvennoin’s head just exploded, Mr. Lordi said.
– It seems that this hour with me was already too much for him, Käärijä said pointing to Mr. Lord.
– How do you think I can pull the finish line after this? Silvennoinen exclaimed in shock.
