The Italian luxury jeweler Pomellato has moved to Düsseldorf. On Monday, the jewelry supplier, which is part of the French Kering group, announced the opening of its new store in the North Rhine-Westphalia state capital.
The store at Königsallee 58 replaces the brand’s previous location on the popular shopping street. Pomellato’s new store concept, which was developed by the company’s own architectural team and is called “Golden Eclectic”, was used there for the first time in Germany.
It “makes Pomellato’s creative identity come alive in an intimate, light-filled ambience” where “contemporary design meets Italian craftsmanship,” according to a statement. Precious materials such as onyx and pink marble are reminiscent of the historical design traditions of Milan, the jeweler’s hometown. The facilities are complemented by installations, objects and furniture by Italian artists, designers and craftsmen.
