Mouth mask obligation is disappearing almost everywhere
With the deactivation of the barometer, the mouth mask requirement on public transport will be overhauled from Monday. So no more mouth masks on the train, tram or metro. View the overview here:
OBLIGATED:
- hospitals
- medical cabinets, such as at the doctor’s
RECOMMENDED BUT NOT REQUIRED:
- in very crowded places
- residential care centers
- dentist
- physiotherapist
- psychologist
- speech therapist
NO LONGER MANDATORY:
- Public transport: train, tram and bus
The ban on non-essential travel from outside the European Union is lifted. In addition, the obligation to test on days 1 and 7, the 10-day quarantine and being able to present the Passenger Locator Form and a valid vaccination, recovery or test certificate will no longer apply. However, this does not apply to travelers who come from a country with a new variant of concern. The current rules will continue to apply to them.
