A 41-year-old driver has lost his driver’s license after driving at 167 kilometers per hour on the A4 near Heijningen on Sunday morning. The man was driving way too fast because he was on his way to a K3 concert in Rotterdam with his children and was afraid to be late.
On the A4, a maximum speed of 100 kilometers per hour applies during the day. The police have confiscated his driver’s license.
It is not clear whether the man and his family have made it to the K3 concert, but the chances are high.
