One person died due to an accident between two cars. That happened on the Bovensteweg in Oosterhout, at a point where the road goes from two to one lane. The other driver remained unharmed.
What exactly happened is not yet known. The police are investigating the cause and does not exclude that one of the drivers has become unwell.
The road is closed and a trauma helicopter has landed.
